Had a lovely lunch with Jane and Ken yesterday, at Osteria dell'Ardiglione. Such nice and friendly people. (And yes, PokeyMindy, Daniel does remember you and showed us your Boston cup.)

I sure hope you're feeling 100% today! at least you're not too sick to eat! I'm thrilled you, Jane,and Ken were able to get to meet "my Daniel".

Have had dinner with Beth (mischievous) which was fun, even though she was having to get her southern California self used to the cold November weather. We saw some of the equipment out in the Piazza Santa Croce and the Piazza della Signoria for the big flood commemoration.

And today I had a lovely and relaxing lunch with my (by now) old friend Judy. Then a slow walk back to my apartment, a dash out to check email and do some business, then I plan to veg out "home" for the rest of the day. My granddaughter is to be in a horse show at 4pm today, so I have to stay up late enough to call and see how it was.
