They look like Ben Hur's chariots but they will not be used for racing in the Circus Maximus.

From next week visitors coming to Rome will find assistance from the "Tourist Angels". There are 16 of these angels driving special segways. They should be able to speak 6 languages (though I am a bit skeptical about this), and will be around the center of the Eternal city to answer questions and provide assistance to the tourists.

And, he's saying "Sempre diritto. Cinque minute"

(Straight ahead. Five minutes.) How often have we heard that one!?

The article I read said there there are 6 languages spoken withing the angels, not that each one would speak 6 languages...

We've got St. Louis Ambassadors on segways. But they don't have these stylish wrap-around things. They just wear fanny packs filled with brocures and coupons.

I have said for years that if the horse drawn carriage drivers wanted to make a FORTUNE, they would create a chariot that people could ride.
