Who can tell me the name of the wonderful little enotecca in the OltraArno area, between Pitti Palace and San Freddiano? When we tried to find it a second time, it had disappeared..........OK so maybe we couldn't find it because we left there full of great wine, but I'd sure like to go back there in Oct. Ciao, grazie,

It's not along the Arno and it's certainly "our kind of place". Very small, maybe 5 people at the bar at a time, kind of a curvy bar. Lots of tables outside and just next to another resaurant.

I think you are talking about LE VOLPI E L'UVA in Piazza de' Rossi, one of the oldest and most popular enotecas in Florence. At least your description fits the bill...
