According to this page (a Google cache for the original page, which seems to be down right now), there are 2 buses "L Lerici - San Terenzo - Muggiano - Canaletto - Ospedale - Comune - Via Chiodo - La Spezia FS" and "5 La Spezia FS - Via Chiodo - Comune - Ospedale - Canaletto - Muggiano - San Terenzo - Lerici - Sarzana" (L and 5 are the bus numbers)

Hi We stayed in Lerici last June and loved it. I was worried about access to the Cinque Terra, but it was fine. We walked a few doors up from our hotel and bought our bus tickets from a newsagents. Outside the shop door was the bus stop and it took 30 minutes tops to reach La Spezia train station. The return journey was also simple (we bought our return tickets with our bus ticket purchase in the morning). We were very lucky as each time we came out of the train station to return to Lerici, the bus was just arriving, so we never waited. The bus left Lerici every 15 minutes (maybe because it was Summer) so we never waited long either way. When we left Lerici we caught a taxi to La Spezia only because we had a lot of luggage, a five year old and it was bucketing down with rain. We were charged 24 euro. The whole process was very simple and Lerici was one of our favourite places that we stayed. Cheers Robyn
