Traveling from Ferrara to Milan we may elect to stop and visit Parma. Does anyone know if there is a bag storage facility at the Parma train station? I have been on the Trenitalia web site but cannot find an answer. Also, there is an announcement that Trenitalia is not accepting AmEx cards for the present. Thanks,

The box for baggage check on the Trenitalia site (In Regione, Emilia-Romagna, Servizi in Stazione) is NOT checked for Parma; sometimes the box has been checked when the check room has been closed.

Andrew--thanks for the info. I found the site you referred to. For some reason, when I enter "trenitalia" it goes to a different page and I had to navigate back to their "home" page from whence I can get to the correct site.
