We are getting really excited for our trip to Italy in June.

Any suggestions of 'different' experiences to try would be greatly recommended.

I would love to experience true Italian way of life, and if possible try and experience a festival in one of the villages.

Our dates are 15th June -26th June. Our trip begins in Apricale and then up to Piedmonte where we are looking forward to staying with Diana at her B and B.

We would like to book a days cooking experience - where we can go shopping at the market , cooking and eating with a traditonal Italian. (I do restaurnat reviews back home, so would love to do a review on the day)

Visiting uncommercial farms and getting to know the way of life on these farms is also high on my priority list.

Would love to visit bee keepers, wineries, bakeries, or anything else anyone can recommend.

Also any suggestions for somewhere really traditional for our first lunch - we will be driving through the Menton border and would love to detour to a traditional restaurant.

Our entire trip has been booked with ST recommendations and it is going to be FANTASTIC - cant wait to report back.......
