We are very excited about our upcoming trip to Tuscany. We've scheduled to take part in the tour and cellar dinner at Dievole winery, for 45 Euros/person. Just recently, they told me it would be 10 euros extra per person to take part in the tour. I am a bit confused since it wasn't mentioned before.
Does anyone have any experience with Dievole? I'm not sure what the rules are, but they never mentioned the extra charge before. We are not guests at the B&B on the property, but since they only mentioned the charge for dinner, I assumed it was included.
Since we are doing a tour and lunch at another large winery, Castello di Verrrazzano, the previous day, I am thinking about scrapping the tour altogether, and just going for dinner.
Thoughts, anyone?
