If anyone wonders why we have about 500 fewer members today than yesterday, I deleted anyone who registered but never posted, and their email address is not verified.

I just noticed our membership star is missing!
I haven't recieved anything to pay our membership fees, so what do you suggest?

Hi Joni! It looks like you registered in July 2001 - just after we started the board, but have not posted until recently! We never delete memberships, even if someone has never posted, if they have a valid email address. I know that some people register just to be on our mailing list (for our infrequent newsletters). It is only when we email them and the email bounces that we set the email address to unverified and then I go thru and delete the memberships if they had never posted.

I was wondering about my membership too. I don't remember when I became a paying member. Will I be notified when it's time to renew?

I was just talking to Groupee about this. Apparently you can see the date of your last transaction by doing the following:

> Click GO > MY SPACE > GROUPS
> Beside the Premium Membership group, you see a link "Manage Membership". Click that.
> Login to Groupee.
> There should be an option to see your transactions.

Colleen, can you try this and let me know if it works for you?

Groupee has assured me that everyone is emailed when it is time to renew - but some emails get lost in Spam folders. If your little green star by the right of your name goes away, then it is time to renew.

I am glad our membership star is back where it belongs, but I did want to say we never received a notice of pending expiration and I do check our 'spam' folder regularly so...
