I forgot to post that on Saturday night (Sunday morning here in Europe), our webhost CrystalTech is moving their data center from downtown Phoenix to Scottsdale.

The SlowTrav site might be down for an hour - this does not affect the message board.

I think the move is finished now.

I am a bit confused on this - the site was down last Saturday, but they are telling us the move is this Saturday. I don't know why it was down last Saturday!

This will not affect the message board which is on a different server.

From CrystalTech: "On Saturday, July 14th at approximately 11:00 p.m. MST (GMT-7) we will begin the process of transitioning your dedicated server(s) to the new facility. We anticipate that it will take approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete the entire transition, with no more than about 60 minutes of actual "travel" time for the servers (i.e., unplug to plug-in), keeping this within our normal maintenance window. However, we will work as quickly and efficiently as we can to ensure that service disruption will be minimal."
