We made two changes to our Terms of Service:

- Businesses, do not post on a thread if one of our members has posted a complaint. This is not the place to deal with customer complaints. Instead, contact the poster directly.

- The 10-Day Rule: If you are not affiliated with the travel business, you are welcome to post about it on the forums but only after you have been a member of the forums for more than 10 days. You cannot join our boards just to post recommending a business.

The 10-Day Rule stops "drive by postings" recommending businesses. We get a lot of these and we are never sure if they are legitimate or if it is someone from the business posting. By requiring this waiting period we hope to discourage people from joining the board just to post promoting a business.
