I will do a short segment on the Azumano Travel Show on Portland radio AM860 KPAM ( www.kpam.com ). Saturday Apr 14, 8am (Sunday 10am).

The topic is Slow Travel and my five favorite destinations, from the AP article that went out last week.

This show is not live and I will be taping the interview (done by phone) on Tuesday morning!

A local Portland company, Great Trips Unlimited, advertises with us and I will be sure to mention them! Plus the person I talked to at the radio wants me to mention that I know Portland well and have been there many times (which is true!!).

I just did the interview! It went well and will be broadcast this weekend.

You can listen to the interview live on the Internet on the www.kpam.com site - they have streaming audio.

We heard the interview yesterday morning. They edited the worst parts out - thank goodness. I thought I sounded a bit nervous.
