It has been picked up at Yahoo in the Travel news and AP wire.

I hope it is picked up by a lot of papers!! This is the first PR for Slow Travel done by Internet Brands! John outlined an "article" for me to write (5 favorite destinations) which they used to pitch to various news organizations.

The AP article has been picked up by a few newspapers and online news sites:

Looks like the article is running in several more papers on the weekend. I hope it is in the New Mexican (my local paper)!!

The Ottawa Citizen also picked up the AP piece today. I imagine most of the papers in the CanWest newspaper chain (like the Montreal Gazette mentioned by Pauline above) will likely do the same!

I was in Smith's last night and a magazine caught my eye. I didn't have time to stop and look at it, but I do believe it was Newsweek (??) and the front cover said "Slowing Down" then something about travel and slowing down travel.

I suppose I could've looked it up online before posting this but... was ST mentioned in that?

Yes, we were mentioned - but it was a short paragraph at the end of the article. I will post a link.

Now all we need is for the Australian newspapers to post an article. Our state's newspaper has travel features every week.
