Ghiberti's Gates of Paradise (three of the panels) are at the Seattle Art Museum until April 26.

Wouldn't you know it we'll be in Florence and they'll be here Roll Eyes. Actually, we are going to visit the exhibit at SAM.

I need to plan a trip to the SAM. Ann, did you also see that there is a collection of Roman art from the Louvre opening on the 22nd. March will be a great time for a visit. Plus I haven't been since the new section opened.

If you go to the SAM often, check out an annual membership. There are some real cost savings (especially for anyone over 62). I've given these in the past as Christmas gifts and they were very well received.

Thanks Ann M & Marta. We will be going to Seattle the weekend of March 8 for a performance of Tosca, and both these would be great exhibits to see while we are there.
