Hi there. My wife and I are going to Kona next month for our 24th anniversary. I'd like to book a special restaurant for our anniversary to celebrate. I've been burned in the past when I assumed that Roy's was still "special" when it has gone to high volume, quick turn, family.

The restaurants at the Four Seasons look nice but the rating from Frommer's is not that high which worries me.

So, I turn to those on this board who have been there before me. I'd like a place where men wear slacks and nice shirts and ladies are nicely dressed. A great location would be nice too, but food and environment are tops.

Any ideas?
