We need restaurant reviews for the US!

I just took a close look at the very short Slow Travel USA Restaurants list, and there aren't ANY outside of California!

I'm sure everyone must have at least one favorite restaurant in their home town - send in a review!

Why don't you start a new topic asking about NYC restaurants? I thought there were a few recommendations already here, but couldn't find them and think they must be buried in trip reports.
