If you look on the North America Forum and use the Find button, you will find lots of good info, especially about restaurants, on San Francisco.

Alos, the answer to your question depends on YOU. What do you like? Are you into art, wine, food, shopping, nature? If you narrow it down a little, you will get some great responses, I'm sure.
