We actually go back to Detroit to visit the grandparents every Christmas/New Years and I grew up in suburban Birmingham (but gone now for 25+ years). My sons are 15 & 18 now and I'm looking for interesting suggestions for a couple of the days when we won't have family activities planned. I'd like to see the new DIA and they'll probably come along. But we've done multiple trips to the Science museum, The Henry Ford, the Zoo, etc. Anyone have any new ideas for indoor or outdoor activities on Dec. 30 and/or 31st?
