Changing Your Email Address

Your email address is kept in the LiveCloud (aka Groupee) registration system. To change it, do the following steps.

1. On the forums, click GO > PERSONAL ZONE > PROFILE, then click VIEW/EDIT PROFILE in the upper right of the Profile window.

2. Click LIVECLOUD CREDENTIALS - EDIT.

3. On the next window, enter your old email and password to login into LiveCloud as you would to login into SlowTalk.

4. The next window shows your old email twice (next to LiveCloud E-mail and Confirm LiveCloud E-mail). Enter your new email in these two fields. Make sure you do it in both locations. Click the SUBMIT button. (You do not need to change your password at this time, though you can by entering it twice, once next to LiveCloud Password and once next to Confirm Password.)

5. The next window tells you that your e-mail has been changed and that a confirmation e-mail has been sent to your new e-mail address. Click CONTINUE.

6. The next window displays your new LiveCloud Profile. Keep this window open in case you do not receive the verification email and need to request that it be sent again.

7. You will receive a verification email from alerts@livecloud.com. Click the link in that email to verify your email address. Your Profile is updated and now you can login to forums with your new email address.
Note: If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, then go back to the window with your updated profile, and click "resend a confirmation e-mail". (Make sure you typed your e-mail correctly on this screen.)
